Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48 business hours for processing time. Orders placed by 12:00 noon CST will be processed the same day and orders placed after 12:00 noon CST will be processed the following business day.  

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. However, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, packages may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER

In the event that your order is returned to us as undeliverable or is refused upon delivery, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
